I take a person-centred approach, which means we work at a pace that feels right for you. You choose where we go, and I’m here to guide you along the way. I’ve also trained in other methods, like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), TA (Transactional Analysis), and psychodynamic therapy, so we can explore tools and techniques that might help. Whether you need to look at the past, work through the present, or prepare for the future, we’ll go where you need to go.
