Whether you’re dealing with everyday stresses, anxiety, low confidence, past experiences, or challenges in your relationships — with partners, family or friends — I offer a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to walk alongside you as you explore, reflect, and grow—at your own pace.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP), which means I follow their ethical framework and professional standards.
For your reassurance, I hold an enhanced DBS check, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for all my clients.
